Like founding partner Louis La Pietra, He is also a courtroom veteran with extensive litigation experience. Prior to co-founding La Pietra & Krieger, he was an attorney with the NYPD and is a former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department. There, he tried employment discrimination cases hearings before the New York State Division of Human Rights and defended federal and state employment actions against the NYPD.

Mr. Krieger entered the private practice field and left city service in 1999. Since then, his practice has been based upon real estate law while representing businesses in corporate purchases and sales, commercial litigation, and corporate formations.

High Qualifications & Proven Success

He has also conducted extensive business dealings with New Penn, Wells Fargo, and M&T Bank. Mr. Krieger is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.
