Frank was admitted to practice in 2009. He is a graduate of the Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut. Prior to joining La Pietra & Krieger, P.C. Frank worked with the NYS Power Authority for some thirty years. He is an avid guitar collector and enjoys moonlighting as a musician in his own band.
